Welcome to Sylvia's Waffles !

It brings me much joy to offer a slice of my homeland to America.     

Here you can enjoy Authentic Belgian waffles, those served to this day by family and friends in my home city of Liege as well as other varieties served in my region.  Our recipes have been a source of sustenance in Belgium for several centuries.

We offer some of the most authentic and typical Belgian Waffle recipes; those traditional, homemade, recipes commonly eaten in households as a staple food as well as a more well known variety found on any street corner in southeast Belgium.

We import special, key ingredients from Belgium that are not readily available here in the US to ensure the recipe to be
 authentic, but also can add upon request such nontraditional ingredients like cinnamon or chocolate chips to merge the best of
Old and New World tastes.

The Authentic and traditional taste of Sylvia's Waffles can only be accomplished by using these ingredients in exact proportions, keeping true to the original Belgian recipe.

kitchen the morning of delivery or market.
